چکیده
Tuberculosis (TB) is a disease with the second number of cases in Indonesia. The therapy process carried out by utilizing one waste materials, namely squid ink bags, which are predicted to have active compounds. In TB cycle, enzyme FabH catalyzed as mediator lipid synthesis. Inhibition became main target through role has potential bactery inhibitor. purpose this study was analyze an alternative inhibiting synthesis (FabH). silico approach used research. Bioactive compound 5,6-dihydroxyindole-2-carboxylic acid (DHICA) (CID: 119405), cinnamic 444539), betaine 247) were downloaded from PubChem, and protein (PDB ID 2QO1) data bank database. (GDP). Docking HeX 8.0.0.0, visualization analysis using Discovery studio ver 21.1.1. Results analysis, we found compounds (DHICA), acid, contained molecularly FabH, interaction lead treatment TB. vitro vivo studies needed further before human studies.

In Silico Analysis of Sea Cucumber Bioactive Compounds as Anti-Breast Cancer Mechanism Using AutoDock Vina
In recent years, the potential of marine natural products as anticancer agents, specifically for breast cancer, has been examined. The sea cucumber (Holothuroidea: Echinodermata) is known to contain triterpene glycosides, which have shown anticancer or cytotoxic activity. In this research, molecular docking of selected sea cucumber bioactive compounds was conducted on five receptor targets that...

heteropoly acids (hpa) and their salts have advantages as catalysts which make them both economically and environmentally attractive, strong br?nsted acidity, exhibiting fast reversible multi-electron redox transformations under rather mild conditions, very high solubility in polar solvents, fairly high thermal stability in the solid states, and efficient oxidizing ability, so that they are imp...
15 صفحه اولBenzopyranylpyrimidines: Potential Anti Dengue compounds in Silico Approach
Dengue is mosquito borne viral disease, having no effective antiviral chemotherapy nor approved vaccine available. Therefore the design of new drugs to combat dengue virus replication is a challenge for researchers. Flavanone derivatives and substituted pyrimidine derivatives show antidengue activity in silico and in vitro. We report the docking study, ADME prediction of benzopyranylpyrimidine ...
متن کاملMolecules in Silico: Potential versus Known Organic Compounds
For molecular weights up to 150, all molecular graphs corresponding to possible organic compounds made of C,H,N,O were generated using the structure generator MOLGEN. The numbers obtained were compared to the numbers of molecular graphs corresponding to actually known compounds as retrieved from the Beilstein file. The results suggest that the overwhelming majority of all organic compounds (eve...
متن کاملIn silico Analysis of Pasteurella multocida PlpE Protein Epitopes As Novel Subunit Vaccine Candidates
Background: Pasteurella multocida is a Gram-negative, non-motile, non-spore forming, and aerobic/anaerobic cocobacillus known as the causative agent of human and animal diseases. Humans can often be affected by cat scratch or bite, which may lead to soft tissue infections and in rare cases to bacteremia and septicemia. Commercial vaccines against this agent include inactivated, live attenuated,...
